Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed on the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) following the receipt of your order and payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Unless otherwise indicated, we use UPS Ground shipping for all orders. Delivery times for UPS Ground typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. These options will be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the shipping destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii with UPS Ground. At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We ship internationally, however customer is responsible for all of shipping, duties, and import taxes.
  • Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to size, weight, or regulatory restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the UPS website.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, there may be occasions when delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • In the rare event that a shipment is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate your package and open a claim with the carrier if required. Once compensation is organized, it will be credited entirely to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund.
