got a crankshaft and it was exactly as described great packaging i will absolutely purchase again…..also the customer support was spot on 5stars for me
I've tried getting in touch with these people for over 3-4 weeks over a purchase that was cancelled before it shipped they shipped it anyways ok not a big deal try to get in touch no answered emails call all they say is email the email address on our page was just looking to ship this back and get a full return seeings it was canceled before it shipped !!! This is ridiculous
The fuel rail I purchased showed that it fit a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, 3.6L. When I removed the air intake manifold, I noticed that the quick connect end on the fuel rail was on the wrong end. When I requested to return it they charged me a “restocking fee” and the only option they gave was for me to pay for the return shipping and handling to return the fuel rail myself. This is the only place that I have purchased car parts through that has done this. This was my first and last time utilizing this company.

Returns because of non-fitment are accepted with a re-stocking fee, however customer is responsible for return shipping.'
When online shopping for used parts it is extremely important to match the part number you're trying to replace with the advertised part number, regardless of the supplier you choose. You received free shipping when purchasing this listing. As a small business, the restocking fee is imperative to cover the hours my staff has to spend processing, re-processing, and re-stowing the item once received.
