Customer service is fanominal. I called them about parts that day and they called 3hrs later gave a full refund 10/10 fanominal
I can not express my gratitude to both gentlemen I dealt with at Custard Core Supply. Their customer service was outstanding. I eagerly anticipated my order arriving, and when it did, my high expectations were more than lived up to.
The product was packaged carefully, and it was so clean that it looked brand new. Wow !
I noticed this company is on ebay. Normally, I am very leery of ordering anything on eBay because there are so many fakes and imitations. Custard Core Supply is one company that I would order from on eBay in a heartbeat - without hesitation.

The part I ordered didn’t work out (at no fault to Custard), and they jumped through hoops to help me get refunded. Great customer service!

I've tried getting in touch with these people for over 3-4 weeks over a purchase that was cancelled before it shipped they shipped it anyways ok not a big deal try to get in touch no answered emails call all they say is email the email address on our page was just looking to ship this back and get a full return seeings it was canceled before it shipped !!! This is ridiculous
