Rates are calculated based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Your total shipping cost will be displayed before finalizing your order.

• $25.00 base shipping flat rate on orders 30 - 80lbs
• $50.00 base shipping flat rate on orders 80.1 - 124.9lbs
• $100.00 base shipping flat rate on orders 125 - 450lbs

• Other shipping options available and calculated at checkout

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

• We ship within the US, including Alaska & Hawaii.
• No shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
• International shipping is available—customers are responsible for duties & taxes.
• Some items may be restricted due to size, weight, or regulations.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on the UPS tracking page.

⏳ Delayed or Lost Shipments

Lost shipment? We’ll investigate with UPS and offer a refund or replacement.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

Report damage or defects within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a return and either replace the item or issue a refund.

We offer a 90-day return policy: you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Part removed from a brand-new engine or vehicle during an up-fit or customization. Zero runtime, but may show minor handling marks or missing retail packaging. Fully functional and meets factory specs.

♻️ Remanufactured

Professionally rebuilt by a trusted remanufacturer facility. All wear components are replaced with new OEM-grade parts, critical tolerances reset to factory specifications.

✅ Used

Previously installed and run, then inspected, cleaned, and verified for resale. Expect normal component wear. Backed by our standard used-part guarantee and a 90 day return policy unless listed “as-is.”
